Eagle Track is a robust platform to interact with the homeowner/landlord/tenant of each property in your affordable housing portfolio gathering employment and occupancy information and collecting authorizations to verify and monitor multiple touch points into easy to read reports
Customized to fit your requirements, Eagle Track interfaces with local records to monitor title, liens and foreclosures on each property; if tax returns information is called for the system collects the permission of the taxpayer and interfaces with the IRS to summarize detailed tax return information including W2 payors, self employment income information and other details.
The system also collects employment information and generates VOE forms ready to be processed. Mortgage trade lines can be monitored on a credit report if needed to detect delinquencies. If asset information is called for the system will accept uploaded statements or allow individual to interface with their bank directly and down load statements.
Each housing agency has a back office log in page. There will be a list of the portfolio of homes (searchable multiple ways) a link to a folder containing all relevant information on the property, the owner and if applicable the tenant.
Property title information, title and credit monitoring are updated monthly and alerts sent out if changes occur.
